I have never seen this until I saw this Gif and I turned it into a Birthday Gif. I am still stunned to this day when I look at this. It's mesmerizing ! I am always wondering how does a person come by such an idea., but they do, oh yest they do . Women can do some funny things and this is one of them. Just LOL! I imagine this is a Burlesque situation. The fire made me think of lighting cake candles so it was good for a Birthday Gif. I am not sure where this scene is from and would love to know.
